Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Hintmesh at hintmesh.com, operated by Ripelemons, India (“we”, “us”). By using Hintmesh, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Hintmesh does

Hintmesh reads a website’s homepage, writes the questions its buyers might ask, asks AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini) those questions with web search, and reports which products they recommend and which pages they cite. The free check is free, and we may change, limit or stop any part of Hintmesh at any time.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• use Hintmesh to overload, disrupt or attack any website;
• get around our limits, bot checks or other protections, or use automated tools to run checks or collect our results;
• use Hintmesh for anything unlawful, or to collect personal information;
• interfere with Hintmesh or try to access parts of it that aren’t meant to be public.

We may block access for anyone who doesn’t follow these rules.

Checking websites

HintmeshBot only reads publicly available pages and follows robots.txt (see how it works). You are responsible for the addresses you ask us to check.

Results

Each result has a link that can’t be guessed, but anyone with the link can open it. Results are deleted after 90 days. You may use and share your results freely. The AI answers are shown as the assistants wrote them; the content of the pages they cite belongs to their owners.

Daily tracking (paid)

Daily tracking is a subscription of $29 a month per site, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which sells the subscription to you and handles billing, taxes and invoices under its own terms. Each day we run a check of your site on 15 buyer questions across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, and email you a summary each week. You can cancel at any time from your tracking page; see our Refund Policy. We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can cancel before it applies.

No guarantees

AI assistants answer differently from one time to the next and from one person to another, and the answers we get through their APIs can differ from what their apps show. Results are a snapshot, can be incomplete or wrong, and may repeat mistakes the assistants make. Hintmesh can’t guarantee that any assistant will mention or recommend any product. You are responsible for what you change or publish based on a result.

Hintmesh is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of traffic, revenue, recommendations or data, arising from your use of Hintmesh. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Hintmesh after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
